The Arete Foundation is pleased to continue supporting HM Pasties Foundation and its “Rebuild Your Future” programme for young people across Greater Manchester.

HM Pasties Foundation works with young people who are at risk of involvement in criminality, gang activity, or long-term disengagement from education and employment. Through practical catering training and mentoring, the charity helps young people discover new skills, develop confidence, and build a stronger sense of purpose.

The programme combines hands-on learning with positive role models and pathways into work experience and employment opportunities. By helping young people recognise their potential and develop practical skills, the charity is supporting them to move towards more stable and positive futures.

We are especially encouraged by the organisation’s commitment to long-term support, including helping participants access work placements and employment opportunities after completing the programme.
